The company continues its digital transformation journey initiated in 2017, with the next phase involving the implementation of an ERP system in collaboration with SAP. In response to dynamic growth and increasing demand for flexible digital solutions, the company is investing in RISE with SAP cloud solutions and several other SAP systems. The implementation is expected to last at least 2 years, marking one of the largest such initiatives in the Polish market.

The focal point of the entire project is the modern ERP system, RISE with SAP. In addition, the company will deploy solutions to enhance and optimize HR processes, central warehouse management, procurement, and analytics. Totalizator Sportowy will implement a total of 17 SAP modules, with the majority operating in a private cloud.

We focus not only on quantitative development but also on qualitative development, which includes adopting the latest tools, improvements, and the automation and digitization of internal processes. The implementation will also cover the SAP SuccessFactors HR system for training management and the digitization of procurement processes in P2P (purchase to pay).
